- ✔ coordinating the organizational and educational-methodological activities of institutions that provide retraining and advanced training for managerial and teaching staff of higher education institutions;
- ✔ organizing retraining and advanced training courses for managerial and teaching staff of higher education institutions and academic lyceums, as well as targeted training for candidates in the leadership cadre reserve of higher education institutions;
- ✔ introducing mechanisms for continuous improvement of professional knowledge, skills, and competencies of managerial and teaching staff of higher education institutions and academic lyceums to ensure the quality of education in accordance with modern requirements;
- ✔ conducting research on pressing scientific issues in pedagogical education, including the development of professional competence, digital educational technologies, and educational management, and preparing highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel through doctoral programs;
- ✔ developing and implementing digital information systems for systematic analysis and monitoring of the quality and effectiveness of the educational process of retraining and advanced training courses;
- ✔ designing curricula and educational programs for retraining and advanced training courses based on leading international practices, taking into account the needs of managerial and teaching staff of higher education institutions and academic lyceums, their level of professional knowledge, and the effectiveness of their teaching activities;
- ✔ engaging highly qualified foreign specialists in the educational process and scientific activities of retraining and advanced training courses, as well as developing international cooperation for the exchange of advanced pedagogical practices;
