The institute has established collaborative relationships with
educational institutions from countries such as the Finland,
Turkey, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and others up until today.
The institute has organized together with foreign partners ten joint
professional development courses. Every year, over 200 highly qualified foreign
specialists from the USA, Europe, Asia, and CIS countries are involved in the
educational process through retraining and professional development courses.
